Jason started his career in education at Laurel Elementary School in Brea, California teaching 4th grade in 1997. He taught 4th grade at Laurel from 1997-2001. Jason continued teaching 4th grade at Lincoln Elementary in Anaheim, California (home to Disneyland) from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, he relocated to Gilbert, Arizona where he taught 4th and 5th grade at Coronado Elementary from 2005-2012. Then in 2012, he decided to leave the heat of the desert behind and moved to Colorful Colorado. He was hired at CTD (formerly Greenlee) in 2012 where he taught 5th grade until 2014. Looking to follow his passion for learning through movement, Jason became CTD’s PE teacher in 2014 and remains in the position today. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and four dogs in his free time and hitting the ski slopes whenever possible.
